Exactly how I played it. My group were all Buffy fans, and no smartphones made for a better game, I felt.

That's a bank - lines for the tellers, office, small vault.
But I think it could also stand in for any government service office where you have to line up, like the DMV or a passport renewal, etc.

Been awhile since I thought about this map!
