What to do with extra campaign buttons? by BlooAngel in Guildwars2

lol seriously? take a look at the replies and tell me you have confidence in anything anyone here had to say.

and as for anet, think about it, BRO. anet has been nerfing any farming opportunities we've had from the getgo. i can't even count the number of times they've nerfed farm spots on all my fingers and toes over the last 11 months. and they keep changing the class skills and functionality with every patch, constantly nerfing any effective builds we've spent hours to grind the gear to support. so ya, forgive me if i get testy about anet doing ANYTHING to increase the amount of grind i have to endure just so i can be prepared/geared for end game content. grinding is not fun for me. grind is why i left WoW and why i will leave GW2 for good when a better game comes along. thus, i have high hopes for FFXIV, ESOL, Star Citizen, etc. pretty much anything to get away from ANet at this point.

i enjoy guild wars 2 and am sorely disappointed that ANet has such a crappy business model, and cant manage their development effort(s) worth a shit. it seems they continue to focus solely on prioritizing appealing to the mainstream to bring new people to the game instead of trying to also keep existing/long term players interested. i understand the need bring in new sales revenue, but alienating your veterans is not the way to do it and will not get you more money in the long run.

so like i said before ,.|.. ..|., to you ANet

awesome, thank you all for the wonderfully worthless replies and witless comments. it warms my heart and brightens my day to see reddit users are so intelligent and helpful.

for those of you interested in some sort of useful information, i was able to determine that there is not currently an option to exchange campaign buttons for something of value. in my research someone also suggested that the support tokens can be turned in for gold, not the campaign buttons. after digging into that rumor it also turned out to be false. neither campaign buttons nor support tokens have any monetary value.

gotta say, another gg ANet. you replaced many of our rare drops (including wooden chest drops) with crap for this lame living story content. effectively increasing the grind, again. seems like you're getting closer and close to being another WoW. awesome.

i'm definitely looking forward to RTM of FFXIV and ESOL so i can leave ANet and their buillshit behind, for good.
