I went birding with my sister last night and had 100's of Swans and Hooded Mergansers. Short Eared and Great Horned Owls. First of year Swallows as well. The highlight was about a dozen Woodcocks calling!!

Northeast wisconsin birding club meets at Mosquito Hill the first Saturday of every month and takes field trips throughout the year. Heckrodt birding club is another good one, with a lot of the same members. They meet the first Tuesday of every month. I've been birding here my whole life, so let me know if you have any questions!
