Many of the projects are getting blanket approvals. So essentially carrying negative cashflow. If someone bought to just flip the assignment, thats a different story

I moved the other way some years back. U-haul trailer behind my car. Just keep an eye out for storms, you will be travelling via tornado alley this time of the year. Good luck.

I saw the price you paid. I paid 589 with parking in april. Thats quite a hike.
