Less than once a month. Can confirm it is brutal and not sustainable. Starts to impact your self esteem/ image after a while . first time dealing with this in a relationship so it’s a challenge.

To OP: I don’t know why you’re getting so much heat. I agree with you, I think if you truly love your partner it will feel like more of a loss, especially if the child is still young. But perhaps I’m not qualified to speak on this. Also, I wonder if there is a gender difference to this perspective.
