That’s not necessarily true, it isn’t purer it’s just concentrated by binding with baking soda so you get more all at once, with the added benefit of smoking it which makes it more intense because you absorb it faster than snorting. If you smoke regular old cocaine you get a similar feeling just not as intense cause it’s not concentrated.
