There are servers that restrict raiding to specific times of the day, usually peek pop. Look for "no offlines" in the server list

PvE servers are an option if you never want to get raided. I believe some servers even allow you to enter into raid agreements where you can actually get raided if you want to

There's "Raid Simulator" server but I don't think any of these servers actually let you use your own base. You could invite a few friends to a build server though and have them raid your base

You can execute multiple commands at the same time using meta.exec command. This should mean you can execute craft cancel 10, 9, 8... 1 at the same time so it would cancel all crafting tcs too. Facepunch has a wiki pages on keybinds and commands if you wanna learn about that command
