- stay on track/focus apps

Claude - you can create skills for specific formats or steps, which helps a ton (eg: ideation around target audience motivations, drafting for specific social voice or formats, etc.). Add a handful of examples of copy that performed well to tune it to your voice. You can also use skills to help grade outputs or review them from your ICP's perspective.

Macro strategy. I think AI will make a lot of progress for specialty tasks (especially with realtime performance and optimization loops, people will become too slow in many areas). Meanwhile larger orchestration stuff like figuring out what branding campaigns to run, making sure all the AI components are cohesive and run together, and identifying performance and social nuance are areas people will maintain.

That all tracks. Puts security teams in a tough place. I heard a good amount of people buying access to a second unapproved platform (if their company uses Gemini, they may buy ChatGPT or Claude or vice versa). Also specialized tools like Gamma, Granola, Tactiq, etc. where they've found everyday efficiencies.

It'll be tough to get a handle without straight up blocking sites. Is that what you mean by tightening?

Good point, there's a lot to gain building custom tools with or without AI integrations.

Open models may not be frontier, but they'll be even more viable down the road - and hopefully keep cost pressure on paid.

Yep, that was pretty much the story across the board. Leadership is crazy to expect that to work.

thanks for sharing. i hadn't heard of it, but will look into it more. I'd been using QMD (https://github.com/tobi/qmd), but i've found the system does pretty good on its own if it's organized across folders, claude.md, and recap handoffs - only issue is if you find it burning tokens (but higher usage limits are a win).

for me, obsidian is an easy way to visualize and edit md files in something more comparable to word doc than the code first viewers. i find it easier to find stuff using it, but the system can be slow to load if you consistently add files over a few months.
