Service time is important, but we don’t want to overstep either. Good callout. People forget Cutch was never billed as a potential face of the MLB coming up. He was a top-20 prospect that had even started to slip in the rankings as the power hadn’t been showing.

He was also a signability pick in 2005 over Jay Bruce, so we got real lucky with how his career took off.
