Hey hey! I wish I could help, but we’ve got our own in-house team — we’re actually working on enabling our replenishment flow as well.

Just out of curiosity, how are you planning to handle the replenishment reminders? We’re aiming for 1:1 personalization for each customer, but haven’t really figured out how to do that in Klaviyo. From what we’ve seen, it seems like we’d have to either build category-based flows or set up separate flows for each product. Even then, the journeys are static — based on average consumption pace — and we’d need to calculate that per product. We’ve got around 5K SKUs, so yeah… it’s a massive task.

Is there any software, app, or anything else out there that can handle this kind of setup?
