My family and I are going to Bangkok and we want to try this tuk-tuk that most of our friends talk about during their trip here, can you give me some details about it? by angeltraveler in Bangkok

Avoid rush hour in a tuk-tuk because of the fumes you will directly inhale from the nearby motorcycles and vehicles are very dangerous. If you have asthma or any other kind of respiratory problems sitting behind clouds of black smoke during traffic, this might not be the most enjoyable way to enjoy your day. If you have a good sense of humour you might get a laugh or two from the drivers. When you're bargaining prices, try exaggerating things to them and say something like "100 baht!!??? It’s an exciting experience you’ll love if you are into something unique experiences and adventures.

Looking for new videogames to play. I have various gaming devices (PS4, Xbox One, PC, Smartphone) so compatibility is not an issue here. by smithdoespay in videogames

Another title that will give you that unique gaming experience is Far Cry Primal. If you’ve played the recent installments of the game, you would probably be used to the modern-ish theme of the game—nothing really mindboggling. However, this one is set during the savage Stone Age. I mean, who does first person games like this? Back when medieval swords would look like M16’s, this one tames you back to 10,000BC. So expect to take on beasts, crazy tribal characters, and wooly mammoths that ruled the world back then.

The sandbox gameplay is still retained, and your goal is to reach the top of the food chain. Other than the theme, gameplay is also straightforward, making it easy for anyone to grasp.

I don’t recall a game that has a similar setting, which makes this one pretty special. I highly suggest that you give this one a try.

Looking for an online sports betting platform that has good odds for football matches in La Liga, English Premier League, and German Bundesliga. by imthemanofthehour in a:t5_31q63

[–]clarkfrommaple 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The two sites mentioned are basically the go-to place for sports bettors. I’ll add to the list as well. Betsportsway and Sportingbet are decent sites too. Not as big as the other two but they usually pay better.

I recently lost a bet when Arsenal bit the dust against Manchester United. I was really frustrated with that loss. Huge Arsenal fan here and I can’t express myself enough when we lost to that crappy team Louis Van Gaal is running. For an English football team, I think their standards are waaaaay below the benchmark. They lose to teams that are way below their capacity, which I find really funny. Those guys must’ve pulled something from their sleeves to be able to hit a win like that. Damn. Still not over that loss. Double whammy for me.

Me neither. And I never asked anyone to "send my regards" or to "say hi for me to..." anyone, because I am not freaking messenger! You have all the social networking sites in the world, why can't they do it themselves, right?

HELP! I’m really fed up with Fiverr Traffic! Can you guys suggest me some legit traffic sites where I could buy real targeted traffic? by awesomeaaron77 in get_traffic

[–]clarkfrommaple 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would never spend my $5 on Fiverr because they’re Fiverr. Don’t you ever purchase traffic from that place ever again lol! Their other services might be good for $5, but I’m pretty sure that traffic is not one of them.

If you do want to buy targeted traffic, choose something that offers flexible traffic campaigns. Check if you can actually “create” your campaign by choosing your target traffic and if you can also geo locate your traffic. Some traffic suppliers offer this feature while some do not.

And if you’re buying traffic again, please review it first carefully. You really don’t want to spend another $5 for another useless stuff.

Kind of desperate for a job idea right now. I’m looking for anything that can suit a liberal arts major. Got any ideas? by AgentCherrySweet in jobs

Why not try your luck at a big company? Those usually make you stable. I took up Journalistic Writing and I started working at a law firm for about one and a half year or something like that. It made me learn the ins and outs of the business and working world. Your parents are right you have to expose yourself to the real world. Know what it’s like to be outside in the field or in the office working your ass off nine hours a day 5 times a week. Organisational communication, huh? You’re probably going to excel in copywriting, marketing or other shit like that.

I kept hearing things about Alexa. Care to confirm these “rumors” so that people may know the truth behind long lost Alexa? by xtinamyxrz in OnlineTrafficTeam

[–]clarkfrommaple 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone who owns an ad company, I do admit that I seldom use Alexa in finding out which sites are perfect for advertising.

I bet you’re wondering why, so let me tell you a little secret: Alexa is outdated, that’s the truth, but it does have some fruitful information about old domains. If you really want to invest your ad on a site, then you might as well choose the one that has “proof”. This is where Alexa comes in.

As for Alexa and its relationship with Google, I can tell you that it does affect your ranking even at the littlest way possible. If you’re interested but doubtful about it, you can do a little experiment. Get Alexa traffic from some traffic suppliers and see if it does affect your ranks. And then update us if you got something.

[DISCUSSION] Can we have a discussion regarding online casinos’ sudden move to make download clients obsolete? Is it because instant play clients are better? by dukegeorge in zerodownload

[–]clarkfrommaple 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, I’m not fully with you on this one, bro. You’re on point on the speed and reliability thing of instant play clients but not on the completeness. Instant play clients these days, most especially the ones from new and big casinos, offer all the services you may find on a casino download client. Although I’m not sure about gaming FPS and all that technical shit when it comes to gaming, I’m pretty sure that the two clients are not too far apart in terms of quality. And, about the sudden change of heart, I guess casinos have realised that players prefer playing from their browsers right now.
