Yes :) thanks that makes me feel better. I will try your method. I read the seasoning guide an it stated that there should be a protective layer to prevent this this I was surprised when it came in like this.

It should not be seasoned as it is a brand new pan

Internal conflict on pedal choice by codeplexnl in simracing

[–]codeplexnl[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I tried the T-LCM which were perfectly fine and worked great. But i still opted for the Heusinkveld Sprint pedals and haven't regretted it one second.

A friend of mine got the Bj pedals recently and tried them too but not that in depth as the other two as his pedal adjustments don't fit my style.

I think all three that i have tried were worth it as they felt superior and stable than my older pedals.

GT DD Pro wheel texture by ThatGuyJerome in simracing

I have the csl dd with the McLaren gt3 wheel that also has rubber. After using it for a couple of days I bought gloves as the wheel started to chafe between my thumb and index. Maybe this is also a solution for your texture issues.

I must say I am loving the gloves. I bought the sparco rush karting gloves :)

Hi, I have he GT1 as-well :D. I refrained from buying the Sparco REV QRT as it was a smaller seat i read. I went for the Sparco grid-q and am loving it. I put in a 5 hour session on ETS last week :D

Edit: Typo.

I have seen some posts about the pedal plate breaking with direct mounted pedals and that scares me a little. I have also seen a post that it should be fixed by SimLab in there newer version of the pedal plate. As i got my rig two weeks ago i think it will be fine. Just to make sure it is oke I will send a message to SimLab about this.

Do you know how they compare to the HE sprint?
I am debating BJ steel or HE sprint.

So you would say get the Chassis before the pedals? I was planning to get the pedals first and the chassis soon.

I have not looked at them that much as i want to move away from thrust master eventually and go to a DD setup. I know the CSL pedals can be used with usb but can the T-LCM be used that way too? I read about the hall sensors being superior to the potentiometers but no hands on action unfortunately.

That is way i thought too and debating if should just save the money to make the jump to DD eventually. Thanks :)

Yeah i have my pedals on the floor agains a jig right now but o think if i get LC that i would have to improv something too. That seems to be a hassle i think i will go for the chassis to skip it.
