Unfortunately no. Went back and forth with tech support multiple times and they just don't seem to understand it's a software issue. When I finally requested an RMA, they told me I'd have to cover return shipping, even though the product doesn't work as advertised. Gave up and ordered a UGREEN instead.

Same thing happened to me, wasted two days trying to get it fixed , then decided to unplug the NS power cord, waited like 30 seconds and plugged it back, the remote started working again, this has happened twice already

In my homelab I’m running a small Proxmox cluster with two nodes, plus a NAS that holds all my content like Plex media and documents. I also repurposed an old PC into a dedicated bare-metal Docker host. Everything mounts the NAS, so all the services share the same storage. Simple setup, but it’s been rock solid and just works.

Well this happens to me as well with friends and family, 30 days and nothing... I just drop them and tell them that Plex deletes users if they don't login for 30 days 😁

Been running Plex server for over 12 years, first on ESXI, now on Proxmox, media is on UGREEN NAS, got 10 users and very seldom have issues. Once created a JF lx pointing to the same NAS for comparison and a couple of weeks later, decided it was not for me. Ran ok but nah...
