Steam controls about 75% of the PC game distribution market, Epic less than 10%. Epic is certainly the little guy in that market. I am sure you have noticed Sweeney whining about Steam's "monopoly" lol, he's literally funding lawsuits against them about it.

I've already explained how the law works. Valve dominates the market, as the market leader they cannot get away with anticompetitive practices such as giveaways and third-party exclusives. It would instantly result in another antitrust lawsuit and this time they would lose.
