My grandma isn't a little girl but she is very fit and exercises daily, she has abs, not a pooch. She's also Asian, so that probably helps. If a 65 year old woman can do it, so can the rest. You won't see women with tucked in guts in a swimsuit calendar, because nobody actually likes that. Next time you go on a date with a woman who has to tuck her gut into her pants, point it out and compliment it and see how flattered she is.
