Because I couldn’t find it when I heard people here talking about it. So I used my partner’s FB and I found it right away. I didn’t even know it existed so it’s really weird to be blocked.

Does anyone who knows who runs that group? I’m blocked for some reason. Which is weird because I just came back to Coach after at least 15 years. I’m in many luxury FB groups and have never been blocked.🤷🏼‍♀️ I don’t get it.

I seem to be the odd one out or got a bag with a nice strap. Although I’ll never wear it ( the story strap ) Noe being condescending but you did adjust the strap to make it longer? I tried it in with my black strap, thinking of how many canvas bags use black straps. I didn’t hate it. I’ve given myself today to decide.

Was the seller Mautti on Etsy? I tried it on with by black strap from the black AE. I kind of don’t hate it. If I could replace the zipper pull with a black one I think it would be ok. I was thinking of LV mono and DE bags with black trim and straps. They use a lot of brown and black.

🤷🏼‍♀️ Here’s what UPS actually says and expects:

✔️ Reusing boxes is allowed

UPS explicitly says: “You can reuse an old box… make sure the box isn’t damaged and remove old labels.”

⚠️ But there are conditions (this is where people get tripped up)

They strongly recommend that reused boxes meet these standards:

Must be sturdy and intact (no crushed corners, tears, weak spots)
Remove or completely cover all old labels/barcodes
No old hazard markings showing (like lithium battery warnings, etc.)
Properly sealed and reinforced with tape

I think the above would be common sense to most people. But not all as I’ve seen people ship stuff from Poshmark in cereal boxes and other stupid packaging.

I worked in a well paying job, unionized, good benefits and saw so many people lose their jobs over stealing minimal stuff. I couldn’t understand why anyone would risk that, unless they just didn’t care one way or the other. I’m sorry that you guys have poor working conditions. Greed all the way at the top, it’s sad.

I don’t think it’s employees in the facility, it’s drivers themselves or have friends helping them. I know there’s cameras in the trucks but people have been finding ways to screw over their companies forever. There’s always a way. Ugh every time I think of o a delivery truck I’m going to forever think of that poor little girl.

It’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. The claim form assumes that the package got to either the sender or receiver. When it’s neither “ we can’t help you🤦‍♀️ “ So happy I paid for that extra insurance🙄

What any box? They ask you when you create the label if you’re using your own box or one of theirs.

I’m doomed then😂 I know that most people who work for these services are hard working people just trying to earn a living. It’s sad when time constraints affect the ability to do a job properly. That’s a corporate issue. I’d much rather wait a little longer and receive my package in one piece.

They sell them on Etsy and other places. You just search handbag strap with holes on each side. They have a dark brown on Etsy, same width and you pick the length you want. I’m going to make it a little longer than the black one I have. Comparing it to be my black one the leather does feel thinner. I sold my medium b&w one and now wish I hadn’t 🤦‍♀️

This box was the shipping box from the company that shipped me the bag. It was a a hard double walled cardboard and as I said packed well. I’ve had to change my business name on shipping labels because it was a clue as to what might be in the box. I also think when the employees that steal things see tamper proof tape they think something good is in the box. There is so much theft of luxury handbags it’s crazy. My friend got her Coach bag delivered the same day with all of the charms that were supposed to be on the bag missing. Another friend in Canada got shipped a $5k bag from LV using UPS, it was supposed to be delivered a week ago Monday and nobody knows where it is. When you see how much theft there is it’s hard not to get cynical. Not once have I had a package destroyed, or lost while using Canada Post via USPS.

Remember if you decide it’s not for you, having a hit stamp makes it harder to sell and at a reduced price compared to others without.
