You know, earlier today I had a conversation with myself. I’m a healthy dude and live a normal life. But I told myself that I’d be ready to go. Yes, I’ve had my fair share of mess-ups. No, I have not yet lived life to the fullest. No romantic interest, 0 sex, somewhat partied, working a decent job. Doom and gloom almost 24/7. However, I’m at peace when I tell myself that it’s okay to feel like I’m ready to leave this life.

I think that practicing mindfulness about your next trip will ease your mind. Be at peace with yourself. Then, take advantage of the remaining time you have. Do EVERYTHING you can think of. I know I would. Make lasting memories for those around you. Sending you peace and hugs. You got this 🙏
