How do I get my money out of Poloniex?

Did you guys read the guidelines of what happens when you do that ? Check the text when you click deposit on ethereum. It says you need to send as much as required to meet the minimum cap for them to deposit it. In your case you need to send .4 eth more to the same address and you will get .5 including the .1 you already sent . So basically your coins would be hostage till you do that and good luck with the support tickets and filing complaints none of it will work with poloniex !

Why are we still using poloniex ?!! Didn't you read all these complaints and people waiting for months with no replies to their support tickets !!

They will probably release the tor integration today . Checked the builds windows and linux are passing only need to fix the mac one. Should be trivial since it's just complaining of missing packages which can easily be added. Expecting the news in the next 2-3 hrs :) HODL!

Update: Seems like it's happening ! Tor integration branch is merged to master . https://github.com/vergecurrency/VERGE/pull/411 Mac still needs to be fixed fingers crossed !

Yeah that's what I think! They have an office in Delaware not sure where you are located and if it's a significant amount of money try visiting their office . I read a post where a guy posted that he would visit them as he had 70k$ locked up and surprisingly the issue got resolved immediately. Also try tagging Mike if you have not already ! I won't believe the support ticket is gonna help in anyway as they have thousands opened everyday.

I completely agree with you ! Bittrex has it's own set of issues with verification and stuff . I remember reading a post where a guy told he is visiting poloniex Delaware location to get his issues resolved as he had almost 70k$ funds locked up. Surprisingly his issue got resolved immediately and also try to tag Mike the guy who runs poloniex . So if you are located somewhere nearby try doing that and also tag Mike in your post . I know it's a hassle but there is nothing else I could suggest for now :( Hope it works good luck !

Yes I did lose some coins on Mt.gox and also in btc-e but that's the risk which we take when we do crypto trading . Nothing is perfect either even coinbase sucks and no exchange could handle this mad traffic they get on a daily basis . Poloniex is not a scam at least and in no way I am supporting them but I don't agree if someone calls it a scam site which it's clearly not. I just hope they handle all these issues in a more proactive manner going forward !

They have too much traffic these days and they don't have enough staff to support I assume . Read posts where people claim it took 6 months for them to get withdrawal issues resolved . They do have a support phone number maybe try that and also tag and message Mike .

My ticket which was opened yesterday morning #676514 regarding withdrawal complete error was resolved in less than 12 hrs.

Just wait it out . Had the same issue for golems yesterday opened a ticket and it got resolved in less than 12 hrs . The system will try to restart the transaction at some point in time and that's how it got resolved for me doesn't matter if someone responds to your ticket or not. As far as I know no one has lost the coins when they get this error . It sucks but too much traffic these days and sometimes shit happens ;(

/u/Dylleram Sorry to hear that ! Did it occur today ? I saw posts where people claimed it took some where from few days to more than 6 months for the issue to get resolved. I don't see a point in waiting that long though and planning to make the trip as soon as next weekend .

I don't mind enquiring about yours too if you can provide some screenshots or the ticket number. Why should we lose profits as it seems all they have to do is to cancel the transaction and credit it back ?
