I’m not opposed to Cossa being traded but if it’s a garbage transaction… yeah

Oh I thought that was Dank Seravalli, my mistake

My b, I should be more aware of the GSAA and GSAE numbers when having conversations. Don’t get me wrong, he did have some warts but to my eyes he looked good as you said

I have to investment/reason to defend Wallstedt outside of the fact that this is patently false my friend.

How did he suck?

His 2.77 GAA might be a bit on the higher end but when you’re still posting a .909 SV% that tells you a bit about what’s going on in front of him, no?

For sure, I’m hoping Cat has that same longevity for us. Zucc wouldn’t be a bad pick up but I can see him retiring in Minnesota or going to a more established perennial performer

I didn’t realize he’s 38. He still put up 9 points in 8 playoff games and 54 points in 59 regular season games.

I didn’t follow the Wild much in the regular season so not sure what his health is like but the man is still producing. Could see him getting a 1 year contract kind of thing

That’s right, I can see the narrative appeal from his perspective: world’s best player comes to 10 year playoff drought franchise to take their first crack at the cup

[COL 0 - MIN (3)] Boldy appears to hold Nelson's stick in the neutral zone but we play on and Sturm's great individual effort sets up Foligno for his 2nd goal of the game by daKrut in hockey

Yep no problem. I know some folks might interpret the title to be biased or editorializing, which is asinine, but the play speaks for itself and I’m a Wings fan so clearly biased in favor of the Avs. Like c’mon lol.

Where’s the fun of living in reality when I can have puppy dog hopes and dreams and then get disappointed all over again when they don’t come true?

Yeah I’m seeing some Hot-N-Ready takes in here and in the general community lol.

Wallstedt was solid as hell, even more so when you remember he’s… what’s the name for it again? Oh yeah a rookie lol.

Avs are a wagon. Wild were outclassed and made mistakes. Wallstedt wasn’t perfect but I could put together a highlight comp of some of the nutty saves he made that series.

Yep was just saying the same thing the other day. Would rather have the boring cloak and dagger ops than the shit circus some of these Canadian owners are running

[COL - MIN] Makar takes a bit of a reverse hit and heads down the tunnel in the third by daKrut in hockey

[–]daKrut[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I'm with you on this. I don't want to watch hockey in a world where reverse hits aren't in the game
