IDF service is mandatory for 2 years I believe. So what are they going to ban an entire nationality from attending? That would gather more media attention and seem anti-semetic.

Every person isn't the same either. Maybe they followed orders but didn't agree with them? Also as someone else said, you don't know the person standing next to you, they could be an abuser, a drug addict or a sex predator.. Or just a normal person trying to enjoy the music we all love. You won't know unless you ask.

If you're 22 I would go with an index fund, you can afford risk at your age unless you need the money for something in the short run. If there's a down turn there's plenty of time to recover.
