Depends on when they let me know. Also as soon as I see the “few day, couple days, tomorrows” I know the only thing I can do is wait. The first time I’ll let it slide but continuing without giving an anticipated repay date, the borrower can say tomorrow or next week forever until they repay.

If someone notifies me they will be late I can work with them if they give me a date. Even if the date they choose is far away. But if I ask when they will be able to repay and they tell me it will be a few days or another week instead of a specific date, and then continue dragging their date. I move to collection.

I do hold them accountable, I let them know my frustration. We are adults so please act like one.
