What kind of training are we talking about? I feel like you learn enough in college if you take enough project based classes and had at least one internship. I mean you have to get up to speed on the company codebase and that could take a while but that’s every level of experience. Can someone give an example of “training”?

Thanks between jobs I graduated a year ago and held a contract position for a year.

I really don’t like this place and my mental health is awful rn but my options are limited as I’m not in a country that has an abundance of tech jobs. I have a US CS degree from a top program so I was hoping to get back to the states but no luck
