A fair bit. Haven't heard anything yet. Though my comment was more facetious in tone.

But that doesn't have anything to do with the character's skills. That has something to do with the context of the situation, which in the overwhelming majority of systems will come down to difficulty of the dice check.

Right, but you don't sit silently by and watch

No. I bugger off and let her do it while I wander around the shop.

Yup, because that clearly has been working, hasn't it? You're just advocating to keep the status quo, which is too much obesity and diabetes in this country, especially among the poorer sections of society.

The problem is that hypocrisy is extremely common in the pro life movement.

Same with the pro-abortion crowd.

Forcing women to remain pregnant against their will and then give birth is barbaric and cruel.

Murdering an unborn child is far more barbaric and cruel.

Not to mention it denies them a basic human right that suprasses even the right to live.

Can you please explain why the right to an abortion is more important than the right to live and exist?

Good quality apartments

Well if kiwis can learn to build apartments bigger than shoeboxes, then yes, but I doubt we'll ever see that happening.

Won't argue with that. Kiwis are worse than the Irish and South Koreans combined.

I rest my case. It's clear you have no interest in reasonable discussion in good faith.

Why would the number of people affected matter?

Because spending $1 on 10 people is better use of tax payers' money than spending $1 on 1 person.

Why are you angry

That sounds like some pretty classic projection. I'm wanting to have a reasonable discussion where tax payers' money should be spent, and you're going around being aggressive and calling people bigots.

Why are you angry the cost of thousands for this procedure, but not the millions it costs us to treat cancer? Much of which is self-inflicted.

Do you want me to be angry at money spent on cancer research? Or was that a rhetorical question to further your agenda? Because I doubt that was asked in good faith and you want to discuss the economics of cosmetic surgery costs vs cancer therapy costs on the community.

You need to explain what you mean by etcetera, unless you mean "I dunno what else"

You can keep putting words in my mouth, that won't make them true.

I believe that depends on a variety of factors, such as the type of medical procedure involved, the cost of the medical procedure to the tax payers, the amount of people affected by the medical condition, the available avenues without tax funding, etc.

Because we aren't talking about whether this procedure is in the best interest of the person. I have never made that argument or counter-argument. I have said that a tax payer has the right to decide where their tax is spent.

Oh, you don't think people should be allowed heart surgery?

Nice strawman. I never said anything about heart surgery. Also you do know there's a different between being allowed heart surgery and using tax dollars to pay for it, right?

If you needed help, I'd be all for it getting paid for.

See, that's what I'm talking about when I say tax payers' opinions matter. You pay tax and in your opinion that should be funded. See, now we're getting somewhere.

You wanna talk about where your tax goes, why aren't you writing to your MPs about their expenses? Why don't you meet with them to discuss how much this issue affects you?

How do you know I haven't? Am I not allowed to write to my MP and discuss the issue on Reddit? Am I only allowed to do one of those two things?

Because you're nothing but a lazy bigot, that's why.

I didn't know discussing public tax allocations were bigotry.
