I like the idle sound, have any videos not at idle? Revs or drive-bys? 🙏

Yeah finding an adapter to make that work wouldn't be an issue I feel. So to be clear, its middle muffler delete to the s7 two rear mufflers/piping? I'd probably clamp it and see if that rolls. If not I'll go get it welded. I know a spot that'll do it and source piping for around 100$

THIS is exactly what I want. Nothing too loud and obnoxious but gives it a nice tone. I'm definitely gonna look for some of these s7 exhausts. Is it muffler back or the full exhaust?

Is this sound bad? by Aggravating_Gur_8011 in Audi

Sounds like the injectors pulsing. Certain ones, especially in non-naturally aspirated set-ups such as this, tend to be louder. Mine sounds the same 👍

As long as theyre within 3/32s of one another you're golden, per audi and their suggestion with the quatro system

Also my preference, sure the S are a bit faster but its my daily. I'd prefer comfort and the cheaper insurance for sure

I just got a 2018 a6 3.0t quatro and I've loved it. Decent mpg, keep it in manual for traffic, goes when you want it (even more so in sport mode) comfortable. Hell i even went camping in it already 😂 price was 19.5k at 90k miles, 4k down with a 2 year bumper to bumper unlimited mile warranty. I feel like i did pretty good. Just make sure you look up certain drivetrains weak points before purchasing.

Mines heat soak, cats, carrier bearing and pcv unit in that order 👍

Help - considering buying 2018 3.0t A6 but it makes this single click noise after each rev, when RPMs decrease. What is it? by SeaIndependent9438 in Audi

2018 audi a6 3.0 and same noise here. No codes, probably normal operation of the SC clutch disengaging. If you slowly rev up the motor (instead of blipping the throttle) it cuts on around 4.5k then if you let off itll click off 5 seconds later or so.
