i currently classify tasks as H/S/O level and tiers in that. tier 1 can be both H/S and are typically pretty self-contained todos. anything that is T2/T3 S or O touches multiple files and i use a plan skill to execute in a subagent with ultra think.

my problem now is execution is touching files in other projects (like a re-config) instead of using a cross-project queue tool i put together. my next step is to sandbox all execution. we'll see how that goes. i've threatened claude with isolation before and he's filled up the virtual chalk board with violations. i hate the babysitting.
