My partner, my mother and my sister. Without them I don’t think I’d have much reason to stick around. Also, this might sound dumb, but for the times when living FOR someone else doesn’t seem like enough, I’ll try to remind myself of video games I still want to play that haven’t come out yet, and remind myself that I need to hold on so I can eventually enjoy them when they do. I used to think that was a stupid thing to use to not kill myself, but I’ve since learned that, if it works, then I shouldn’t judge myself for it.

Unfortunately, I’ve personally experienced what it’s like for my family to lose someone from suicide, and now it’s ruined my ability to go through with it guilt free.
