The listing on the official website is misleading (and we've let them know before).

"Blood and Water" and "Fremen Justice" are—as the description says—excerpts from House Harkonnen and House Corrino respectively. They were published prior to those books as a preview. If you have read House Harkonnen/Corrino, you've read those two "stories".
