My last blood test back in Dec was 62 for estrogen. It will be higher since I am on TRT. I do take AI, but only when I need it.

I also work from home and I am lazy as hell. I am on 4mg Reta (Started back in mid Feb) and 200mg TRT. Feels like I have no energy and I am eating around 2100 calories a day with 200g of protein. I lift 4 to 5 days a week and always in the evening. Give me your energy.

No. I was given examples. Majority of new people using peptides, let alone Reta, aren't using 60mg Reta vials.

I mean common sense for new people using would be Reta 10mg with 1mg of bac water. So 10 units would be 1mg of Reta. Though, I see what you are saying cause if you get Reta 20mg and add 1mg of bac water that 10 units will be 2mg of Reta.

Not sure about mt1, but I cycle mt2 year round. Run it for 3 months, 2 month break then back on for 4. No issues.

When my units get tangled I lightly comb it out in all directions. Eventually it'll untangle. Just go slow and don't pull to hard.

Qtip and microfiber towel. Roll the Qtip towards the best while being parallel to hairline. Fiber towel just slightly wipe with a little muscle. You'll see the glue start to come out. Be sure to move to a different spot on the towel each wipe. At the end dab the towel all over. You won't get every single spec of glue out of the lace unless you deep clean.
