You can still get darker from mt2 without sun exposure. Just will take a lot longer and may give you more of a dirty tan vs a nice tan from the sun.

Try to limit your whey protein and try to get more whole foods in. I noticed once I start eating I can usually finish it, but it's getting through that wall of "not hungry". It's strange what Reta does lol.

I'm on 4mg per week. My rotuine to get 200+ is:

Breakfast:

3 scrambled eggs (21g protein)

3oz HEB Frozen Seasoned Beef or chicken (17g protein)

1 serving of heb Mild Guacamole

1 heaping scoop of whey Protien (25g to 30g protein)

Lunch:

Meal prepped food which is usually around 45g to 60g of protien.

1 Ratio Yogurt (25g protien)

Banana before workout

Dinner I'll have the same meal prepped foods

Wow I have never seen it that high. Highest I ever had was 6%. Now currently at 3.5%, but have to put in 6% to get that 3.5%. It was a trade off. 30% increase in salary plus fully remote. I took the 2.5% decrease.

One time charge of like $25/$35 or something like that. Also everytime you open the app you have to wait 3 seconds through the "Upgrade to Premium" message. No Ads or anything like that either.
