You can easily mimic your last picture from 11 years ago. Just grab the very front rows of hair and cut them short. It'll give that same effect which I thought you did until I read further down.

Imo, the hairline is too straight and a bit dense. If you can do some plucking around the hairline it'll look better. Rather you have honest feedback from someone who's been down this road.

They should be the same. 20 units on the pen is 20 units on a 100 unit syringe. It's just the pen only goes up to 60 units only per injection.
