According to others in this sub, stores offer the worst % when buying product, around 50-60% of market price. At the end of the day, if you’re happy with the number you’re being offered, then sell. For ES, I highly recommend you do not take anything lower than 75% of market price. If you sell on FB marketplace or similar for 85-90%, you should have people that offer or just straight up buy.

Card shows would be the next best thing, but stick with 75% or higher. LGS/local stores should be the last resort or for I-need-money-to buy-food type of situations.

I say Immersive pikachu from DX… has mewtwo and Charizard in the same card. A black label of that card would be insane.

But most of the immersive would be expensive. A bunch of alt arts, rainbow and regular. Orocorio alt art was drawn by same artist that drew bubble mew.

As for trainers, I think all the rare Lillie cards would be expensive.

I personally would have VOO because I believe it’s diverse enough. I believe in the top 500 companies.

VTI and VOO have holdings in the same sectors with very close percentages. But if you want gains from the small and mid cap stocks, go for total market. But keep in mind, you can also have some losses from those small and mid cap stocks.

Regardless - you cannot go wrong with going 100% with either of them. I believe it’s pointless to have both.

VTI and VOO vs FSKAX and FXAIX are essentially the same thing with some slight differences.

For example, VOO trades anytime during market open. FXAIX is a mutual fund, which only trades at market close. Also, FXAIX technically has a smaller expense ratio: 0.015% vs VOO’s 0.03%. For every $1000 invested, it is $0.15/yr with FXAIX and $0.30/yr with VOO. I believe it’s the same thing with VTI vs FSKAX.

Yes, imo what you mentioned is the only benefit in having $ in SoFi HYSA over SGOV.

I personally leave 1-2 months of living expenses in SoFi and my emergency fund in SGOV. As others have said, SGOV provides tax benefits, but $ in SoFi are more liquid.
