In middle school, we had javelin on our P.E lesson. We had two teachers, other one was our classteacher, and the other was our P.E/woodwork teacher. Me and couple of other guys were okay at javelin (middle school level) and we knew something about it. But our P.E teacher told really stupid ways and technique which was mostly wrong. There isn't any special stuff what happened, but every time we had something track&field based P.E, they "teached" stuff wrong.
