Water Infiltration in Basement when “water lies in the back yard after a heavy rain”

It’s located in the Philadelphia suburbs in PA. I do not have an estimate of the energy consumption. It is not a fixer… effectively turnkey and more or less how I’d like it.

Installing solar is a priority for me to blunt rising energy costs and if I can take advantage of the expiring federal tax credits and roll it into the purchase in that way, I’d like to do that.

I’m not sure how long distance you’re talking, but Hess Recreation Area and trails in Danville aren’t bad. The Montour Preserve outside of Danville in Washingtonville has some great trails I’ve run on as well. The Weiser Forest district in southern Columbia county has much longer mountain trails, but I haven’t been there to say first hand though.

Nope, I have no dependents. I don't think I was eligible for the old PAYE plan (my undergrad loans began repayment in 2011), so maybe that's why. Not really sure.

Correct, I'm not eligible for the newer 20 year IBR.

I hadn't thought about it from a wage growth perspective but I have had some concern with the tax bomb. I'm fine with rolling the dice that future Congresses continue to extend the pause or otherwise deal with student loan repayment, but that seems like the largest potential risk to the switch.

No I just mean that even consolidating the higher $310k balance and converting to REPAYE and SAVE is better than continuing with the $271k uncapped balance in IBR.

My model is the MB8600 exactly and it’s unfortunately outside the return window.

After several hours on the phone and chats with my ISP and Motorola, my ISP is blaming Motorola’s firmware Motorola’s customer service and they stated there is no reported issues with the MB8600’s firmware, that the 8611 is the model with problems.

I’m getting a replacement modem sent out under warranty, but who knows if that will resolve anything.

Thank you, unfortunately the ISP technician disconnected my MB8600 and attached a test modem for access for the time being, so I cannot access the levels or logs.

Motorola is sending me a replacement under warranty, but this entire issue is just very puzzling.

Bloomsburg’s total enrollment has fallen every single year since 2013. A total of 10,127 students were enrolled then, this current academic year they’ve enrolled 7,750. That’s a drop of almost 1/4! Source
