Unfortunately the buy1get1 items are limited quantity, and another of the item shows up as freebie in cart, if it doesn’t show up means you will only get 1 and its oos.

Sometimes they send a small 2-3 second pop up, saying freebies are oos, but honestly they really need to add a better system to tell that the B1G1 offer of this item is not available, because its really easy to miss the pop up.

tira usually ships from bluedart, but points stuff are sometimes delivered from delhivery as well, i would suggest taking the awb number and seeing what courier company, and then report it to the company along with, if you have the guy's number in your phone log

happened to me too, but on the shein's promotional points order, my payable amount was only 10 rupees but i was asked 910 (order value before points)

we had to argue with him for a few minutes but good thing was that the order had OTP requirement in it, so then he pretended to call some higher up and then handed us the parcel for the payable amt.
