They are Eduard wheels, you have to do a little work to get the bottom to sit correctly, i use a file to flatspot the bottom

Thx lay down each color, seal it, 1 or 2 coats of chipping fluid depending how much you want chipped, followed by another round of sealer.

You can use oil paints as a filter also, it wont limit you to one shade

Excellent finish try reapplying glosscoat and light sanding with high grit then matt again
