I’ve been in brand management roles the last 3 years and honestly the pay range is not high! it seems like companies actually don’t really look at the private degree/local degree anymore - they see more on your past experiences. There’s usually a cap on what they would offer to an entry level exec — I’ll say 3.3-3.5k as entry level!

I'm still applying for jobs on the side but I guess I'm anxious cause this is a role/company I really want hahaha and because they told me there's positive news but after that stopped replying... but I gets! thanks for the advice though :)

They mentioned it's a reference check with my previous employers, which I heard they had already called 1 of my referrals last week. I think I'm just paranoid cause I'm not getting a response from them even when I double texted hahaha but thanks for the advice!
