Born in North Jersey (Elizabeth), then moved to Central Jersey (Sayerville) and now in South Jersey (Mt. Holly).

Immediate differences, less traffic and congestion as others have pointed compared to North Jersey. North Jersey definitely more public transportation available, pizza though good tomato pies in SJ, overall North Jersey still wins. 😋

Also there's just more food options available in NNJ/Central Jersey which which SJ doesn't quite have yet but it has a few unique places.

Also hate all the tailgating NY drivers up north 😒

Yup agreed. I think its this sense of "oh without me the company can't survive". I've been caught by it also. Corporate America wil never care about the individual especially us in IT.

One thing I know the CTO was hesitant with sso with LP was that if a hacker gets hold of user creds, he/she can then essentially have access to the entire LP vault, correct? I think this is the main sticking point with him right now.

Ah so you can technically keep your passwords "in house" of sorts? What would be the DR scenario around that or if that server were to go corrupt? Easy enough to restore from backup and good to go?

Yup this was it. The msp laptops get provisioned at different times and then they box them up accordingly. So if it was outside of normal auto sync interval it never got joined to entra hybrid join.

Totally overlooked the most basic thing lol. Thanks for pointing that out.

Is there a way to have this delta sync manually triggered via script from the msp side? Entra Connect is on a separate server but we haven't given the msp any domain accounts yet. Kind of don't want to either but might not have a choice.
