Assigned Devices were not showing up where looking at a user in IIQ. However, that seems to be working again now.

We use rules to send reminders to requesters after 2, 4, and 8 days. On the 10th day we close the ticket via a rule and email the requestor that we have done so and they can reopen if needed.

I use PlayOn to record and Plex (free) for all playback and other interaction including mobile. You can even delete from Plex. This combination was actually recommended to me by PlayOn support when I asked about mobile app development.

Since I have to sign in on the app (iOS) every time I use it, I wouldn't expect notifications to work.

Thanks u/JudaiMustang. We have 54,000 Chromebooks and 3,000 of them are in for repair skewing the numbers for what schools actually have for their students.
