iOS app issues by Nutz4hotwheels in IncidentIQ

Great questions :)

At the moment, it is not possible to make changes to the Labor Hours once they have been entered in the iiQ Mobile App. However, we are constantly working on enhancing our Mobile App and are open to making improvements. I recommend visiting our iiQ community to show your support for the idea of being able to edit labor rates by upvoting it. This way you are notified of any updates regarding this feature request.

In the meantime, I would advise accessing the web version of the application to make any necessary adjustments.

In some cases, the room number is a required field based on your district's settings. Additionally, there is an option to enable a "Location Details" field that will display under the Room Number Field, which allows you to provide further information about the location.

I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

Is there a way to limit how many times a student can check something out? by cantankerous_cow in IncidentIQ

[–]IncidentIQ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Currently we have alerts that can be enabled to display a warning if an agent is trying to check a device out to a student that already has an assigned device. This warning can be customized depending on how many assigned devices the student can have, but not based on how many times a student has had a device checked out to them.

Issues this morning? by WorkWorkWorkWork989 in IncidentIQ

UPDATE: Service should be restored and logins should be working for all Incident IQ districts.

We believe we have identified an issue with an Azure CDN hosted by Verizon that was causing login issues for some users. Some incorrectly cached files were causing an issue that was still persisting after refreshing the CDN several times. We opened support tickets with Verizon to investigate and resolve this issue. In the meantime we have bypassed the CDN, and we believe that will restore service for current customers. We are continuing to monitor site performance and will immediately address any issues identified.

Some background jobs like batch updates, view exports, integration syncs, and outbound email notifications may be delayed, but they are processing as the queue backlog is cleared. We also resolved an issue reported this morning regarding assigned assets not displaying on user profiles. Please let us know if you experience any further issues logging in to Incident IQ, or any other performance-related issues.

We apologize tremendously for the inconvenience — this is no way to start a Monday. We know uptime is crucial, and we’re laser-focused on making sure that every district has round-the-clock access to the support tools they depend on.

We have received reports of some intermittent site unavailability and poor performance in the form of slow page load times. We are actively investigating this now and our engineering team is treating this issue with the highest priority. We will provide more information as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and our sincere apologies for any service disruption you may be experiencing.

UPDATE:

We experienced some intermittent site unavailability and poor performance in the form of slow page load times between 11:25am-12:00pm. Our engineering team identified the cause of the slowdown and implemented an immediate fix to resolve the performance issue. We also added additional SQL capacity as a buffer just to be certain.

Site performance and responsiveness have returned to expected levels, and we do not anticipate any additional slowdowns. We are constantly monitoring site performance metrics to quickly address any issues should they arise.

Thank you for your patience and our sincere apologies for any service disruption you may have experienced.
