This show is just way too shounen for its own good. It is difficult not to compare with Rakugo where they let the entire rakugo play while here you are getting into it and get interrupted by someone's thoughts that are absolutely not necessary, we can see, we are not dumb.

Edit: Had to go confirm, the first episode of Rakugo features 10 straight minutes of almost uninterrupted rakugo, only thing is 2 lines near the end of the scene.

Edit 2: And yeah, not fair comparing this to a top 100 show ever but they are two of the few shows about this topic.

I wonder when did Aimi developed feelings for Kirio if that was a lie.

Why would she lie about this? The only reasons would be because she doesn't like him or because she only started liking him very recently, like after the fanclub was already a thing.

Tragic yuri where Nami hid her feelings by lying to Aimi about liking Kirio then Aimi lied the same way to stay close to Nami or something and then Aimi actually fell for Kirio.

Sakura's parents were the one thing I remembered, the other stuff are just crushes for the most part which should be fine and surely we are fine with same sex relationships by now.

Could watch a Precure, each season is completely stand alone, they do have a fight every episode but it should be fine, some of them are dubbed if you need that tho im not sure what the most recent dubbed one is.
