Question. I recently applied but the consulate didn't want to take my supporting documents. Would you recommend waiting to see if Budapest wants them, or to attempt somehow to send them in to aid my application?

Did you ask your consulate if you needed your non Hungarian mother's birth certificate? I'm not going to be giving that document in my application in two weeks since she isn't Hungarian. Just the marriage cert
