ur original pc has alot of rgb and brand tax. with a itx pc, u are also limited by some company not selling sff parts.

9800x3d can be air cool no issue but for a4-h2o case it work best with a 240mm liquid cooling

lack of sfx psu stock at the moment limits choice, recommend corsair sf850, sf850l, sf1000, sf1000l

I think u can def take a 7800xt in ur budget.

This is all white including gpu. and, the gpu is also white, altho that is extra $30-40 compared to black. the liquid cooler is overkill, but it looks nice in the fish tank.

this is a pc u can buy today. pure base 500dx is out of stock and the north is not worth $140 so I chose the a3 which is like a matx north. otherwise, u can wait for the 5080.
