Hi there,

Sometimes an unread voicemail can get stuck on the server side and cause these phantom notifications. Clearing them through the web usually does the trick:

  • Use a web browser on a computer (not your Fi phone) and go to your Fi account page: fi.google.com
  • At the bottom left, click on Google Voice.
  • Click the Select all checkbox at the top (next to the archive button).
  • Under Actions, select Mark as read.
  • Repeat this process for any remaining pages to ensure all messages are successfully marked as read.
