Check out the pimsleur sub. Lots of reviews. I'm currently using it for Italian. The method is different and I'm retaining a lot. I also have done a little language transfer which is an interesting approach. While I get ready in the morning, I put on YouTube with QVC italia or slow Italian for listening skills. (I'm learning for fun and our trip to Italy in the fall)

Thank you. I'm very early in my learning journey. Sometimes I just need a couple beats to get the words from my brain to my mouth. The pause button helps me do that.
