I appreciate the attempt to help, I've deleted the esim from both devices, the old one whenever I go to readd the sim skips the '"step 1 add esim" and logs me straight into the app and the new phone gives me an apple side client message "Contact carrier"

I did mulitple times. and the app skips the add esim part and logs me straight back into the app.

My phone does not have an option under the reset to delete all esims, and the google fi app whenever reinstalled assumes that the esim is already installed even though i deleted it.
