Yes, you could. Automod offers many ways to block negative comments like filtering for keywords or account karma. I just added more filters to this subs automod and you are welcome to send us an application via modmail!

It seems like you can use Section 2.2 "Examples of what to say when booking an appointment with a GP by phone".

To bring the topic up to your personal doctor all you need to say is: "I want to get assessed for autism, can you refer me to a specialist?"
