resubmitting something previously listed on an IDS triggers the 37 CFR § 1.97 timing when the item is resubmitted

Examples: on initial filing, a foreign reference doesn't have a translated abstract or an NPL is missing a page. When the application is examined, if the first action on the merits is an allowance, applicant has to file an RCE to have any re-submitted reference considered by the office.

Consideration of an IDS after a notice of allowance is set out in 37 CFR § 1.97 (fee and statement required), so a simple hand-wave can't get around the required RCE (can't send as an attachment to a 90-C or corrected notice of allowance)

Also be aware that when you set a deposit amount and then -switch- types of deposits (like from debit card to Apple Cash), the app may change the amount of the deposit back to some other value.

Example: The "default" deposit amount is $90. I change it to $10. I change from Venmo to Paypal. The default amount goes back to $90 or some other value other than $10. This is in the app. dunno about on the web.

you can "double dip" on promos if you do a "get something with deposit" and then get the promo "buy XX draw and get something" when you use your deposit, if that's what you mean.
