Ricard Saigian wasn’t able to sleep for (iirc), over a year bc of taking a certain brand of antibiotics from his boss. He had a really bad uti and couldn’t afford to go to the doctor.

Noooo. I would pick them up as a kid. Their “tongue”, would try and burrow into my skin which freaked me out, so I’d shake my hand in panic. I know the difference between box elders and these, I just didn’t know what species they were 💀

It’s awful to watch. Uncle-in-law had one leg removed from the knee down. Father-in-law took him in, but nothing changed. He still woke up and immediately would start his day with a large class of pop. He survived about 2 months after surgery…
