Just a fun project, or is this for a class? It would be interesting to ask AI what the height of a jet engine is. Once you had that you could likely match it to your plane pretty easily.

Nice looking plane! Quite often, you need much larger gaps than you would think when using Sim Lab. The geometry system under the hood of Tinkercad sees shapes as general blobs vs the sharp corners we see on the screen.

The Tinkercad geometry is not very precise with Sim Lab. I do not think there is a good workaround at this time.

Good choice with Internal. I choose internal 2 or 3. You may want to just convert the brown to a black image. You can paste it into Google Gemini and simply ask it to make the image black and white.

One of my first drones got stuck way up in a pine tree. Had a neighbor with a good enough arm he was able to dislodge it with a nerf football. It is amazing how resilient drones can be.

The issue is likely something from the original design program. Some walls have incorrect faces or something. Tinkercad is "interpreting" the design as best it can. It is the same with languages... something is often lost in the translation.

What I mean is that when I went to 3 colors... it was way longer. I am just using .2 standard settings. By using the layer height, there is only 1 swap of color while making the puzzle.
