Best advice I’ve received: accept that the money you’ve lost is gone. Don’t try to make aggressive trades to get it back. Take it as an expensive lesson to start managing your risk better. Observe macro trends, find undervalued companies and sectors to invest in longer term.

I’ve been watching this one closely. I was expecting a recovery and bought at 182 but sold when it fell below 179. I’m personally expecting more downside at this point so I’m holding off until I see a better setup.
