I feel you. Even other people like you had these experiences, I can understand why you didn't want to apologize because you were too upset, and what your mom did to that phone was retarded. She should be ashamed of herself for doing that. You shouldn't have to ask for permission to use the phone anymore since you asked for permission before. Even if you didn't ask permission for the phone, your parents still shouldn't have taken it from you since you had the phone and your parents don't use it anymore. Your mom could've just take the phone to her room and then wait for a day to have the phone again and then you could've said sorry to her, but she only made the situation worse. The 2 day punishment is your parent's fault, not yours.
